The story of Bucceto’s starts with a little pizzeria that first opened in 1991 in the Indianapolis neighborhood of Greenbriar. That restaurant’s name was Puccini’s Smiling Teeth, because the owners wanted customers to be so happy with their food that even their teeth would smile with delight.
