Our traditional pie is topped with our classic robust sauce and has an unbleached flour crust, a traditional cheese blend, and your choice of toppings. However, we didn’t stop at traditional.
We also have vegan pizzas made of a gluten-free crust. On top of it is dairy-free tomato sauce, a plant-based cheese blend, optional vegan sausage, and whatever vegan toppings you like. Some of the options are spinach, sundried tomatoes, yellow bell peppers, and cilantro.
We cater to gluten-free guests as well. Our gluten-free pies have a rice flour crust that provides the same crunch and flavor as our traditional recipe.
