Our Gluten Free Restaurants For Great Pasta
Many customers throughout the Bloomington area come to us for our famous gluten-free pizza, but what many don’t know is that we have no gluten pasta as well! At Bucceto’s, we set out to be one of the gluten free restaurants for all customers looking to enjoy great food, so we created a gluten-free menu as varied and as delicious as possible.
For our no gluten pasta we use gluten-free spaghetti made entirely in a gluten-free facility. This allows our pasta dishes to be enjoyed by those who would prefer to avoid gluten, as well as those who need to eliminate gluten due to certain dietary needs or restrictions. Topping this pasta, you can choose any number of our house-made fresh Bucceto’s sauces. Some of our gluten free restaurants sauce options include:
- Diavolo – Our Diavolo sauce comes in a mild, medium, or spicy, so you can keep things rustic and hearty or give it a little bite as you like. To make the dish even heartier, you can opt for just the gluten-free spaghetti or add shrimp or chicken as you wish.
- Meat sauce – If you’re looking for classic, what you’re looking for is our gluten-free spaghetti with meat sauce. This sauce is the hearty, filling, classic sauce with rich pieces of beef, and you can enjoy it alone or with added meatballs or Italian sausage.
- Basil pesto – We don’t just keep things rich and hearty at Bucceto’s, and if you want something gluten-free and refreshing, our basil pesto is just the thing. Made with oil, fresh herbs, and just a touch of parmesan, you can enjoy your gluten-free spaghetti and basil pesto with or without grilled chicken.
- Rosemary cream chicken – Get home cooked taste without touching a dish when you order our rosemary cream chicken on gluten-free spaghetti. In this dish, you’ll find slices of sauteed chicken smothered in rosemary cream sauce, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes resting on a bed of no gluten pasta.
