Gluten Free Columbus Is Getting Fresh With Our Pizza
There’s tons of different ways to enjoy a good pizza, and no way is wrong! At Bucceto’s we’re here for our gluten free Columbus patrons by bringing all of those delicious flavors into no gluten pizza everyone can enjoy. For springtime, we at Bucceto’s and our owner Paul Heilbrunn want to focus on some fresh spring flavor combinations we’re loving for our gluten free Columbus pies. When you create your own gluten free pizza, you can bring any mood right to your dining room table. Some of our favorite fresh gluten-free pizza ideas are:
- BLT – The BLT gluten free pizza isn’t one of our “create your own” pies, but one of our specialty pizza combinations that just impossibly fresh. The pizza is structured on our rice flour based gluten free crust, it’s then topped with a drizzling of mayo and topped with the BLT classics – crispy bacon, refreshing lettuce, and juicy tomato. It’s a whole new way to enjoy a comfort food classic.
- Margherita – Another pizza combination is our Margherita pizza, which just bursts with fresh flavors from the top down. On our rice flour gluten free crust rests fresh tomatoes, fresh garlic, oregano, fresh basil, and delightful fontina cheese. Margherita pizza at Bucceto’s is like biting into a fresh summer garden!
- Roma tomato, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeño – For a fresh salsa inspired pie, we love topping our gluten free crust with Roma tomato, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeño. For those who don’t want to bring spicy into their freshness, the jalapeño can be set aside, and the pizza is still full of flavor.
At Bucceto’s, our pizza is always fresh, but you can really get the most out of our wholesome ingredients when you embrace their freshness in layers of complementing flavors. Whether you want to create your own pie, or choose one of our many Bucceto’s specialty creations, our gluten free Columbus pizza menu has something for everyone at your table. If you’ve never tried gluten free pizza before, we encourage you to give ours a taste at Bucceto’s!
