We have no gluten pizza made with rice flour, no gluten pasta made with gluten-free spaghetti, and you guessed it – no gluten sandwiches made with delicious gluten-free bread!

- Hot Italian Sub – The classic Italian sandwich, our Hot Italian Sub is packed to the brim with fresh meats and tasty veggie toppings. In your gluten-free roll you’ll find salami, Italian ham, pepperoni, lettuce, banana peppers, tomato, and Italian vinaigrette.
- Meatball Sub – Could it get any more comforting than a tasty meatball sub? Ours is made with fresh meatballs, hearty marinara, cheese, and crisp fresh basil, all snuggled in together in our delicious gluten-free roll.
- Spinach Artichoke – Spinach artichoke is a classic dip, but why not make it a sandwich? Our gluten-free spinach artichoke sandwich is served on a gluten-free roll, and is comprised of spinach, mushroom, red onion, tomato, and artichoke spread. In the classic version the sandwich is vegetarian friendly, but it can be ordered with chicken for something a bit heartier.
- Ham & Cheese – A ham and cheese sandwich has the power to transport you back to your childhood, but we have one right here at Bucceto’s for a grown-up palate! This gluten-free sandwich uses Italian ham, Swiss cheese, bacon, tomato, and our house made Dijon vinaigrette dressing.
