Our gluten-free pizza is made with a base of rice flour dough crust, allowing us to offer a crust with the same crunch, flavor, and structure as our traditional but with none of the gluten. Nearly indistinguishable from our traditional pizza, it’s a favorite amongst our gluten-free and traditional customers!

Our vegan pizza starts with a base of our gluten-free crust, as our traditional crust uses just a touch of honey, which is then topped with our tomato sauce. Our tomato sauce is similar to our pizza sauce, but without the small bit of parmesan we use in our traditional option. The result is still sweet, still flavorful, and still perfectly acidic.
Topping the sauce is our vegan cheese blend, which we’ve created to taste and behave similarly to our traditional mozzarella blend found on our traditional pies. This creates the perfect plant-based flavor, stretch, and texture for a satisfying bite every time.
