Wine Nights At Our Italian Restaurant
What makes a night out at an Italian restaurant even better? At Bucceto’s, we think it’s great wine! From Sunday through Thursday, we offer wine specials at Bucceto’s, as well as suggested 
pairings so you always get the best fit for your wine and your meal. Each day our team at Bucceto’s will feature a different wine, which will be served at just $3.75 per glass. We’ve created a versatile menu to suit every taste, so each wine lover can have days where their favorites are being poured.
Sundays are for a delicious white Sauvignon Blanc. A bit dry and perfect for pairing with some of our fresher dishes on the menu, we suggest pairing your glass with a white clam linguini, basil pesto, or spinach artichoke dip. The dryness of the wine is excellent for cutting through the creaminess of our spinach artichoke dip, but the flavor is never too much to overpower something lighter like our basil pesto.
Mondays keep things fresh with a Pinot Grigio. Light and dry like the Sauvignon Blanc, we really enjoy the flavor profile with lighter dishes. Our meal pairing suggestions for the Monday wine special include fresh bruschetta, pasta primavera, or our chicken picatta.
We go a bit darker on Tuesdays with a hearty Chianti Classico. This Italian restaurant classic is rich and fruity, and its one of our favorites to pair with our Bucceto’s pizza. Naturally gluten-free, it’s a wine that goes well with our no gluten pies. As well as pizza, this is a wine we love to pair with angel hair and tomato sauce or a Napoli calzone.
Keeping it classic for Wednesday, we serve up Chardonnay. With enough body to stand up to some of our heartier flavors as well as lighter, it’s a versatile wine that makes it easy to see why it’s such a huge favorite. A few pairings we suggest for Chardonnay night are our diavolo sauce with pasta, vodka cream sauce, or a Twice Baked specialty pizza.
Last, but certainly not least, is our Pinot Noir Thursday. This night really lets us bring out some of the heartiest flavors offered at our Italian restaurant in Bloomington. We suggest pairing your glass of Pinot Noir with our Humble Pie specialty pizza, a classic Pepperoni Pizza, or our ravioli with tomato sauce.
